Headwaters Bamboo Holiday Fly Fishing Gear Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal US residents 18 years or older
• Must be a resident of the 48 contiguous United States
• Employees of Headwaters Bamboo and their immediate family members are not eligible
• Void where prohibited by law

2. Sweepstakes Period

• Start Date: November 29, 2024
• End Date: December 31, 2024
• All entries must be received within this timeframe

3. How to Enter

• Enter via Facebook Messenger 
• Limit one entry per person
• No purchase necessary to enter or win

4. Prize

• Four Dozen hand-tied flies
• No cash alternative or prize substitution
• Prize is non-transferable

5. Winner Selection

• Winner will be selected by random drawing
• Winner will be notified via Facebook Messenger
• Must respond within 24 hours or alternate winner may be selected

6. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to these official rules
• Participants release Headwaters Bamboo from all liability
• Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries
