Take 30 days to wiggle it, cast it, and fish it. If you like it—keep it. Otherwise return for exchange or refund. But like our customers, you’ll find with a Headwaters bamboo rod in hand, it will be hard to let go.
Headwaters rods are guaranteed for the life of the original owner. We will repair or replace for material or workmanship issues.
Headwaters reserves the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts.
Repair for Accidental Breaks
Accidental breaks are not covered on this warranty but we are happy to quote the cost of repair and fix the rod for you. Accidental repair may incur an additional cost. Please give us a call at 1.866.432.3928 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like a quote for accidental repair.
Return Process for Repair Work
To initiate a claim, place a repair order by clicking here. There is a $25 fee for all repairs, accidental or under warranty.
Return the entire rod, including all broken pieces, so that we can fit the sections together properly before return. This is especially important so that we can ensure the ferrules fit properly. Please make sure the rod is packed either in its original or comparable packaging. You are responsible for shipping and insurance charges. Please ship USPS to our post office box (address below). Please include a description of the repair and your return address and contact (phone and email) information. International customers please contact us for shipping information before returning your rod.
